Golden Heart Realty collects rent in accordance with the lease agreement and ensures payments are properly recorded and disbursed to property owners. Tenants can conveniently pay rent through the secure online tenant portal.
Rent is due on the first day of each month. If rent is not received as required, late notices and applicable fees are issued in accordance with the lease and Virginia law.
